1 General Terms

By accessing the aubet platform (aubet.one), registering an account, or depositing funds to play, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between aubet and the player. Only this version, written in Burmese, shall be treated as the official version.

1.1 Age Restriction

The aubet platform is open only to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to play. If an account is found to have been registered with a false age, it will be closed immediately and the balance will not be withdrawable.

1.2 Restricted Regions

Any player who accesses this platform is personally responsible for ensuring their use complies with the laws of their location. aubet cannot be held responsible for any legal matters arising from this.

2 Account Opening & Registration

Each player may open only one account at aubet. If a second account is opened by the same person, those accounts may be suspended and the balances placed on hold.

2.1 Accurate Information Required

When registering, ensure that your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details are correct. If inaccurate information is found, aubet reserves the right to suspend or close that account without prior notice.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their account ID and password confidential and must not share them with any third party. The player is fully responsible for all deposits, withdrawals and gameplay made through their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

2.3 Account Registration Fee

Opening an account at aubet is free. aubet will never charge a player any fee to register. If anyone contacts you claiming to collect such a fee, please be aware that they are not an aubet representative.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount at aubet is 20,000 Ks. Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer. No changes can be made once a deposit has been submitted, so please verify the amount and account number before depositing.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be released after verification by aubet.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered payment account.
• Transfers to third-party accounts will not be made.
• Do not submit another withdrawal request while one is already being reviewed.

3.3 Withdrawal Before Bonus Wagering is Complete

If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement is met, aubet reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any winnings earned from related gameplay. Only the original deposited amount will be available for withdrawal.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

aubet offers a 100% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks on your first deposit. To claim this bonus, the wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 20, meaning the bonus must be wagered 20 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Examples —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• The game types eligible for bonus play will be determined by aubet.
• If aubet detects any fraud or bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related balance.
• Bonus terms may change without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Cashback Promotion

The aubet VIP program includes Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. Weekly cashback rates based on total spend are —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined by aubet based on each player's regular activity.

5 Gameplay Rules

5.1 Eligible Games

The aubet platform offers live casino, slots, football pre-match betting, poker, lottery and crash games. Players must make their own decisions when playing. The use of external aids such as bots, scripts or automated software is strictly prohibited.

5.2 aubet's Decisions on Gameplay

If a technical error occurs during a game, aubet may void that game and refund the player's stake. aubet's decisions regarding game outcomes are final.

5.3 Football Pre-Match Betting

If any issue arises with a football pre-match bet (such as a match being cancelled or odds being changed), aubet will follow the relevant governing body's ruling and act in accordance with its specific guidelines.

6 Responsible Gaming

aubet puts players' wellbeing first. Gaming is meant for entertainment, not as a source of income.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Player-Requested Closure

Players may contact [email protected] to request a temporary or permanent account closure. While a closed account cannot be used to play, any deposited balance (once wagering requirements are met) can still be withdrawn.

7.2 Closure by aubet

aubet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations —

• Providing false personal information
• Bonus abuse or attempted fraud
• Using automated programs (bots) to play on the platform
• Allowing a third party to access and play on your account
• Found to be operating a duplicate account

8 Personal Data and Security

aubet protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Personal data will never be sold to any third party and will only be disclosed as required by law.

9 Limitation of Liability

aubet is not responsible for players' gaming losses. Players must understand the risks involved in gaming and participate of their own free will.

10 Changes to Terms

aubet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised. Players should check these terms regularly before playing.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
